  2. Billing Statement: Charges will appear on your credit card or bank statement as "NYVIELLE LANE" or "PAYPAL * NYVIELLE".

3. Currency & Pricing

  • Transaction Currency: All orders are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • Currency Conversion: If you are shopping from outside the United States, your bank or credit card issuer may apply a currency conversion rate or foreign transaction fee. These fees are determined by your financial institution, not by us.

4. Order Verification

To prevent fraud, we verify that the billing information provided matches the payment method used. If a transaction is flagged as potentially fraudulent by our security system or PayPal:

  • The order may be placed on hold for manual review.

  • We may contact you to confirm details before processing the shipment.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be verified within 48 hours.

7. Refunds

All refunds are processed back to the original method of payment.

  • PayPal/Venmo Balance: Funds are typically available within 24-48 hours after the refund is processed.
