At Nyvielle Lane, we value transparency and fairness in every transaction. The following Billing Terms & Conditions describe how payments are processed, what payment methods we accept, and the rights and responsibilities of both our customers and our store during the checkout and billing process.
Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept the following payment methods for all online purchases:
- PayPal
- Venmo (via PayPal checkout integration)
- Major debit and credit cards (processed securely through PayPal’s encrypted gateway)
All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). If you use a card or account linked to another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply an exchange rate or additional transaction fee these are beyond our control.
Payment Authorization & Security
All transactions are processed through secure SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. Nyvielle Lane does not store full credit card details on our servers.
PayPal and Venmo process payments in accordance with their own user agreements and privacy policies, which you can review directly on their official websites.
Order Confirmation & Billing Verification
After a successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number and purchase details.
In rare cases, if payment verification fails or there are discrepancies in billing information (such as mismatched name, address, or unauthorized card use), Nyvielle Lane reserves the right to:
- Place the order on hold until verification is complete, or
- Cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.
Currency & Price Display
All prices displayed on our website are in USD and are final at the time of checkout.
If you view our website from outside the United States, currency conversion tools or extensions may display local estimates; however, these are for reference only the final charge is always made in USD.
Taxes & Duties
Applicable sales tax is automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping address provided.
Nyvielle Lane is not responsible for any additional fees or taxes charged by your payment provider or issuing bank.
Billing Disputes & Chargebacks
If you notice an error or unauthorized charge on your account, please contact us immediately at info@nyviellelane.com before filing a dispute with your bank or PayPal/Venmo.
We will make every effort to resolve billing issues promptly and fairly.
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargeback claims may result in suspension of purchasing privileges and further legal action where applicable.
Refunds & Payment Reversals
Approved refunds are always issued to the original payment method used at checkout (PayPal or Venmo). Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
Refunds typically appear within 14 business days, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.

Failed or Declined Transactions
If your payment is declined, please verify that:
- Your billing address matches the one on file with your card issuer.
- You have sufficient funds in your account or wallet.
- Your PayPal or Venmo account is verified and in good standing.
If issues persist, contact your payment provider directly or email us for assistance.
Updates to Billing Terms
Nyvielle Lane reserves the right to update or modify these Billing Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in payment processing systems, regulatory requirements, or accepted payment methods.
Any updates will be reflected on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
