Refund policy

At Nyvielle Lane, every piece is designed to help you feel confident and beautiful. We understand that sometimes an item may not be the perfect fit, so we offer an easy and transparent return process that follows U.S. consumer protection standards.

This policy applies exclusively to orders shipped within the United States.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

  • Requests received after this 30-day period has passed cannot be processed.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for eligible clothing items in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. To qualify for a full refund:

  • Tags: Original tags must be attached and packaging intact.

  • Condition: The garment must be free from makeup stains, deodorant marks, body odor, perfume, or pet hair.

  • Hygiene: For hygiene reasons, intimates, bodysuits, and items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration not caused by Nyvielle Lane are not eligible for return.

3. Return Shipping Costs (Free Returns)

We want your shopping experience to be worry-free.

  • Return Label: Nyvielle Lane covers all return shipping costs for approved returns within the United States. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at info@nyviellelane.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. Download Label: Once approved (typically within 24-48 hours), we will email you a prepaid return shipping label.

  3. Ship: Print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the carrier location indicated on the label.

Please do not send returns to our administrative address without first receiving a return authorization, as this may delay your refund.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse:

  • We will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method (PayPal or Venmo).

  • Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be fully processed and appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are available within the same 30-day window.

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate this in your initial request email.

  • We will provide a prepaid label for the return of the original item and ship the new item to you free of charge.
