All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after our cut-off time of 6:00 PM (GMT-5) will begin processing the next business day.

Who pays for return shipping?
Nyvielle Lane covers the cost of return shipping. Customers will not be charged for return postage.
